A 'Gas Safe' gas inspection is made to gas systems as part of a standard survey. The findings are reported in the body of the survey and landlords certificates can be issued, if required.

We have all seen dramatic pictures of the aftermath of gas leaks, which are thankfully quite rare. More common are injuries and deaths caused by carbon-monoxide poisoning. The risks can be minimised by providing sufficient ventilation for cabins with appliances, as well as ensuring that any appliance is burning correctly.

Gas installation checks can be carried out without a full survey. This can be most cost effective when a number of inspections can be carried out in the same marina or club.
